Registration will commence from May 15^th, 2008. All registrations will be issued by team leaders. You will have to contact your country’s team leader first. The team leader of your country can be found from the ICWIP2008 homepage (http://icwip2008.org). If a team leader is missing from the list, please get in touch with the contact person for you country (different from a team leader and mostly a person in charge of your country’s physical society). We have already sent out a letter requesting the designation of team leaders to the presidents of the member physical societies and the list of team leaders will be updated timely.

It is advised that each team be consisted of at least 3 members and one of them, a male physicist. We have concluded that this is the smallest possible number that is able to work efficiently to improve the status of women when they return to their home country. Also the issues we are dealing with can be best approached and solved when women and men work together.

Once your team leader issues your application, you can begin your registration on the website. When you finish your registration, it will be notified to your team leader.
